Vegan Resources

The truth of it is, it can be difficult to make decisions that align with our authentic Selves in a world that ruthlessly pressures us to conform to the norm. The lies are deeply entrenched in the cultural conditioning and dogma that surrounds all modern institutions, and in a zombie-like state, we go on devouring whatever is in our way, perpetuating destructive lies, and passing along the traditional gift of mindless consumption to the next generation. Status Quo.

For some, denial and conformity remain the norm, and hope for the best sustains them in fear. For others, the blatant lies and conformity are fucking exhausting. So to break free, we must consciously chose our own choices. For a plethora of reasons, for me this has meant veganism. It has been one of the most profound shifts toward internalizing the Truth remaining dormant deep in my Soul: we are all interconnected. From that spiritual space where I am everything and everything is me, I simply cannot make the conscious choice to harm another sentient being. Veganism is the path of the Soul.

If you are committed to your own personal evolution and veganism is of appeal to you, I applaud you and am happy to help. Here I am putting together a list of resources that might be helpful to your in your path, and this is a list I will be updating as I find more information / resources. Trust your Self, trust that you know what you know, and chose courageously that which has meaning in your life.

While this can be tricky, I always find a dish no matter where I go! If I have to ask the kitchen to make me something special, they always accommodate (and I eat vegan, gluten-free, and low FODMAP, so trust me, JUST vegan is easy!)

Work Out

For those who want a healthy lifestyle, yoga is fantastic and all yogic philosophies emphasize the importance of a veggie diet…so, all in alignment there. And no, you don’t have to worry about protein!
